Epic Card Quest – Pokémon Card Condition Guide
We take pride in accurately describing each card’s condition. Use this guide to understand what each grade means:
| Condition | Icon | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Near Mint (NM) | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Cards are almost perfect. No noticeable scratches, bends, or edge wear. Corners are sharp; surface is clean and glossy. Slight handling wear may be visible under close inspection. |
| Lightly Played (LP) | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Minor wear from light handling. Small edge wear or tiny surface scratches possible. Card still looks great in a sleeve and has no major bends. |
| Moderately Played (MP) | ⭐⭐⭐ | Shows obvious signs of play. Minor creases, scratches, or edge wear may be present. Still suitable for collection or casual play. |
| Heavily Played (HP) | ⭐⭐ | Significant signs of use. Noticeable creases, edge wear, or surface scratches. Cards may show discoloration or minor bends. Ideal for play, not high-grade collecting. |
| Damaged (D) | ⭐ | Major wear that affects playability or collectibility. Includes tears, heavy creases, water damage, or missing pieces. Sold for completion or casual use only. |
